These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website TargetRadar
("Website", "Service", "we", "us") operated by Jakob Neugebauer, located in
Vienna, Austria. By accessing or using our Website, users ("you", "user") agree
to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the
Website immediately.
2. Nature of the service
TargetRadar is an acquisition target screening tool. We compute deterministic
exit-readiness scores for Austrian companies based on publicly available
Firmenbuch filings and licensed partner data sources. Each score is traceable
to specific filing facts.
Important:
- The companies displayed on our Website are not our own. All underlying data originates from external public registries and licensed sources.
- We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or availability of any score or linked external information.
- Scores describe signal strength visible in public filings and do not state that a company is for sale.
3. No investment advice, no due diligence
All content, including scores, signals, and signal explanations, is provided
for informational purposes only.
- It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or invest in any company or asset.
- No due diligence or verification has been conducted beyond the publicly disclosed information.
- Users must perform their own independent due diligence and seek professional advice before making any financial or investment decision.
4. Disclaimer of liability
We are not responsible and accept no liability for:
- The correctness or accuracy of original filings or any information derived from them
- The availability or functionality of third-party websites linked on our platform
- Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our data or links
- Decisions made based on our scores or signal interpretations
The use of our Website and data is entirely at your own risk.
5. Test phase and access
- The current version of TargetRadar is a non-commercial test release
- Access to the dashboard is provided on request to evaluate user interest and gather feedback
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time
6. Data collection and privacy
We process limited data such as contact details and operational logs as described
in our Privacy Policy. All data is processed in
accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO).
7. Intellectual property
The scoring methodology, models, signal definitions, and dashboard interface are
the intellectual property of Jakob Neugebauer (the operator).
Usage restrictions:
- You may use the Service for evaluation and your own internal purposes only
- Reproduction, republication, or resale of our scores or derived data is prohibited without prior written consent
8. Future monetisation
Access is currently free of charge during the test phase. We reserve the right to:
- Introduce paid plans or premium features
- Modify the Service's commercial model
Users will be informed in advance if paid subscriptions or commercial terms are introduced.
9. Service availability and modifications
- We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice
- We are not responsible for any downtime or data loss resulting from such changes
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG)
- The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise
11. Severability clause
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining
provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be
replaced by those which most closely reflect the intended purpose.
